We are looking for a cook to work from August 20 - September 3rd 2017 in the far North of Scotland.
This is a beautiful traditional sporting estate owned by the same family since 1850. Average numbers will be 12-14. There is a kitchen garden full of vegetables and a lot of game, fish and grass fed loal meat. The family is informal, friendly and flexible, although punctuality and good organisation are essential.
There is good support from other house staff and a wonderful housekeeper. The cook will do breakfast, tea and dinner; lunch is always taken away from the ouse and is a simple picnic, whatever the weather.
