We are looking for a Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef to run the kitchen of our recently renovated café, bar, deli in the Scottish Highlands, just 15 minutes from Inverness.
We are looking for someone with a well-travelled food philosophy, who is creative and loves preparing and serving high-quality food. We are taking it for granted that you’re friendly, flexible and positive.
The successful candidate will
Oversee the opening of our new kitchen as well as develop menus with the management team
Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene procedures
Train and develop junior team members
