A new cafe on James St, Dublin 8, is seeking a full time or two part time chefs for a small but ambitious kitchen. The roles will include delivering a busy weekday sit in and takeaway breakfast and lunch menu, and weekend brunch.
We're looking for people who are excited about about local produce, working with the seasons, fermentation and wholesome, refined cooking. The ideal candidates will have at least a year’s experience in a busy kitchen and/or qualification in culinary arts or equivalent.
