Job Title Sous Chef for Sally Clarke's Production Kitchen

Based in North Kensington, London W10, our Production Kitchen produces all the fabulous dishes sold in our shop in Notting Hill. From soups, grain salads and sauces to braised duck, chicken pies and sandwiches, our menus reflect the seasonal changes. Your job will be to support the Head Chef, take charge in their absence and guide the junior members of this small team.

Qualifications Requested Experience of Production Kitchen work is necessary plus at least Level 2 in H and S and Food Safety.
