We have established a nice café in the heart of Kinsale with a true story of family generational attachment to the previous pub that it is situated in. Our food experience is working at markets all over Ireland and so our ethos has always been fine local produce and contemporary approaches to plates. Ethical and sustainable sourcing are our goals.
Our influences come from cafes all over the world making a distinctive and substantial stab at it! We want someone to lead our increasingly busy kitchen to dream and deliver new (and set) plates with a leaning towards dairy and meat free, though not exclusively so.
We have a busy brunch menu on weekends and another menu from Tuesday to Friday, closed Mondays. The role would be for someone to oversee the kitchen and work 4-5 days per week, depending on the season.
