EMBR KITCHEN IS A NEW GRAB AND GO RESTAURANT IN LONDON. IT HAS ITS ROOTS IN BRAZILIAN AND SCANDINAVIAN COOKING TECHNIQUES WITH A LOYALTY TO BRITISH MEAT AND VEGETABLES.
We cook game and sustainable British meats over our charcoal fires and serve them with our delicious salads and Brazilian black bean stew. Our main aims are delicious, healthy and sustainable. We are currently operating from a railway arch in bethnal green and are delivery only. April should bring our first grab and go site somewhere in central London. We are looking for passionate chefs who would relish the idea of working with seasonal produce and charcoal. A great opportunity to work on fire and butchery skills.One of our main salads is the Dirty Roast Salad. The veg for this is roasted directly in the charcoal. We also pickle and ferment.
As the aim is to be expanding to at least two kitchens this year I need a chef to work under me and then to manage the second kitchen. We will also need new chefs to learn the ropes and support us in every role. Chefs will be expected to prep all different dishes and not be restricted to one station. We are a new business so my hope is that we offer an exciting prospect for new chefs who want to learn and have the opportunity to move yup the chain quickly.
So we are looking for Chefs now and Later. Experienced and new chefs can apply. Expect to work hard but be valued.
