A fantastic opportunity exists for a chef/cook at Ballyvolane House – we are a busy seasonal operation, we do weddings for up to 140 guests as well as other events and gatherings, we are looking for part-time and full-time employees from May until end of September.
Ballyvolane House is a small independent luxury country house/boutique hotel with 6 bedrooms. A 4-course seasonal set dinner menu is served to up to 20 guests each night. Ballyvolane House specializes in exclusive weddings, house parties and corporate retreats. The cooking is country house style and the ingredients are grown in the house walled garden, are sourced from specialist local producers and where possible are organic.
