Purpose: To manage the day-to-day running of The Bookstore Café kitchen
Responsible to: Head Chef
Salary: Dependent on experience
Hours: Friday & Saturday evenings, Sunday daytimes
The Exchange is looking for a passionate, hardworking, creative, responsible and all-rounded individual to develop and run an evening food offer for The Bookstore – a new freshy, zero-waste food venture for Erith, and run the Sunday daytime brunch menu. Must be a qualified chef and have at least 1 years experience working in the industry.
Menu planning and execution
Liaising with front of house
Liaising with suppliers
Managing kitchen staff
Controlling kitchen costs
This Chef will work alongside Head Chef Marina Power who trained and taught at the Ballymaloe Cookery School.
