Chefs of  of all grades for our new kitchen team. required for innovative new restaurant / café, focussed on fresh, local foods and nutrition.

There is a strong focus on health and nutrition throughout the concept. The restaurant is located in Dublin 2 in a busy lunch time area. 

We’re looking for chefs with a genuine love of food, who have previous experience working in a busy kitchen and who can work at a fast pace. The right candidates will have the opportunity to gain experience in all areas of the kitchen.

This is a young, dynamic and exciting company where you’ll have access to the best of new equipment, the chance to learn new skills from some very experienced, nutrition, cooking, fermentation and service experts; in a passionate and enthusiastic team, focused on food with purpose in a collaborative and enjoyable working environment.

Working hours will primarily be day time and uniforms are provided.

Qualifications Requested Minimum of 2 years experience working in a busy kitchen is desirable. Key Areas of Experience: Ability to showcase available local and seasonal ingredients Fermentation (basic knowledge) HACCP maintenance
