We are deeply passionate about sustainability, oragnic nature, flavour, creativity, and enjoy all the tastes the world has to offer... we are looking for someone who cares about the provenance of the food, and what it means to create an expression of the land. Ready to give themselves to the vision, bringing their own knowldge and skill, whilst also learning skills that we've acquired to be the most sustianable pub as voted by the SRA.

We are looking for a full time postion working 5 days a week spread between 4 splits and a single. The main roles is to focus on the daily creation of food, and aiding the Head Chef to manage the kitchen.
