Ready to give themselves to the vision, bringing their own knowldge and skill, whilst also learning skills that we've acquired to be the most sustianable pub as voted by the SRA.
We are looking for a full time postion working 5 days a week spread between 4 splits and a single. The main roles is to focus on the daily creation of food, and aiding the Head Chef to manage the kitchen.
