Job Title Pastry Chef and Chef De Partie required for Ballymaloe House

Job Description

We are looking for a person to join our Pastry Team to train and learn with them to produce our award wining dessert trolly offerings.

In the main kitchen, we have a Chef de Partie position working in the starter/second course and vegetable sections where they will make soups, prepare vegetables from the garden, fillet fish from Ballycotton and learn basic butchery skills working thier way around with full guidance from the chefs where we follow Mrs Allen's ethos.

Accomadation is available.

Qualifications Requested Pastry position The 12 week Ballymaloe cookery course is not essential but experience with a similar ethos is advantagous. Chef de partie position-minimun 2 years experience required. A LOVE OF TASTE!
