We have vacancies for an enthusiastic chef/cook to join our kitchen that will serve our gastropub (lunch and evening service). The advertised position is focused at Head Chef, with applications also welcome at other levels. A passion for local, seasonal and sustainable produce is essential.

What we are looking for in an ideal candidate:
• Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment
• Passion for food, respect for ingredients and focus on quality
• Recognised qualification
• Fluent English speaker
• Highly competent in the area of food safety and HACCP
