We're seeking an enthusiastic chef to join our growing team at The Cali Kitchen in Dun Laoghaire. We work with local suppliers to create fresh, vibrant dishes from scratch each day. You would be involved across all aspects of the menu from short order brunch dishes, baking, fermenting etc. allowing you to exercise all your skills and influence the menu. This is a day time role, working a 4 day week, approx 38 hours. There would be weekend work but on rotational basis.
