Looking for a chef for what is a fantastic opportunity to join a young and exciting team in a stunning location using some amazing ingredients. Experience in kitchens is not essential but would be favourable. There is room for input and ideas that will feature on the menu.
The restaurant is situated in Boscastle Harbour in North Cornwall. We get lobsters and fish straight off the fisherman in the harbour and also our friend George Cleaves who supplies Nathan Outlaw. We use Good Earth Growers organic vegetables as well as Haye Farm in Devon who also supply our organic beers and ciders.
We have a small blackboard menu that changes daily depending on what is available, predominantly based around seafood but always featuring meat and vegetarian dishes.
We will be opening in April through till the end of October when we will close for the winter.
Depending on experience we can offer a salary of up to 26k per year.
This would be for an 7/8 shift week.
