We have an opening to join our kitchen team making fresh, interesting brunch and lunch dishes.
Candidate will have a passion for Irish food and its producers, be creative in the kitchen and have experience of running a busy service. They must work cleanly and efficiently, experience with ordering and stock management - working with head chef to make sure menu items are available in a timely manner.
We work with a number of local producers, creating a menu that moves with the seasons.
