Keen and competent chef required for busy kitchen in Chelsea, one of London's foremost delicatessens started 1984 out of Kenmare .
Finns of Chelsea is a long established gourmet food and catering business preparing food from our on-site kitchen behind the shop. We produce fresh food daily to fill the shop and fulfil the pre orders . We take pride in the ingredients we use carefully sourced from loyal suppliers many of whom we have used for many years.
We have a regularly changing menu of
starters, mains, salads and vegetables,
soups, pates, quiches,
puddings and much more.
The flavours are predominantly English and Irish with accents and influences from near and far. We encourage new ideas and welcome new recipes to the repertoire.
We have a busy canape and catering side of the business catering in customers home entertaining or for galleries, small corporate events and sporting events. In addition we hope to have some outside seating to take our cafe tables outside for the summer months.
We have a core team of 4 chefs many of whom trained at Ballymaloe. We share the ethos of the Allen family and admire and respect the chefs we have had from Ballymaloe over the last 35 years.
Monday - Friday
7.30 am- 4.30pm
plus a minimum of one Saturday per month.
This is a permanent job to start as soon as possible.
