Lynda Booth’s Dublin Cookery School is based in state-of-the-art facilities in Blackrock, Co. Dublin and has won several awards with the Restaurant Assocation of Ireland. Our programme involves day, weekend and evening courses as well as our full-time Professional 4 Week and 12 Week Certificate Courses.
This is a full time position starting in May acting as a support role to our Senior Tutor. The ideal candidate should have completed a full time culinary training and ideally have some previous industry experience, either in a restaurant or catering environment.
Our curriculum encompasses a repertoire of techniques and approaches that span culinary cultures from around the world and changes on a daily basis. This provides a unique and exciting learning opportunity.
For a cook/chef in the early stages of their career, the school provides a unique opportunity to understand food from different cultures, to learn to work with different ingredients, to develop professional skills and to work with skilled chefs.
