At present we have a team of 8 chefs all with varying skill sets but a group who work together as a well integrated team .
In an exceptionally busy hotel we have space and need for assistance in all areas so I don’t like to define commis / sous / pastry as it is a space where each individual can flourish or hopefully learn a skill set that suits them .
We are happy to negotiate rates of pay and can provide accommodation free of charge . We work and live in a most beautiful place with views of the Atlantic from our kitchen ,and positions may suit candidates wishing to leave city environs .
We have our own organic kitchen gardens onsite and value the best of local produce.
Two of our present team have done the 12 week Ballymaloe course .
