We are a relatively new artisan foodhall in Carlow town (open August 2019). We are looking for a full time cook in our state of the art kitchen to make products for our deli/ restaurant and artisan retail shop.
Applicants must have a
flair for creation of new dishes,
ability to cook breakfasts,
make products for the deli counter such as pies, quiches, sausage rolls etc and
make confectionery products for our deli restaurant (traybakes, scones, tarts, cakes etc).
Working hours are 7am to 3.30pm approximately.
Successful applicant must be flexible to help behind the deli counter intermittently where time allows. We have an onsite organic butchery (we utilise these products in our dishes), an organic green grocers and a wide selection of local and organic produce in the foodhalls retail section. We place a strong emphasis on organic, local and sustainable food and applicants will need to demonstrate that they are interested in the growth and betterment of our business.
