A fantastic opportunity has become available at Ballyvolane House for a Head Chef. We are an Award winning family run Country House offering: luxury accommodation, glamping, exclusive house rentals, private weddings and events. It is also the home of Bertha's Revenge Gin Distillery.
Here at Ballyvolane House we are dedicated and passionate about our food, we are searching for a talented chef who will embrace the ingredients that the locality has to offer. We serve a seasonal no-choice menu which changes daily for our guests. Many of our ingredients are grown in our walled garden or foraged. Where possible we source from local, artisan producers.

Accommodation on site is available if required.
The successful candidate will be working 5 days a week, 40 hours per week, usual working hours are 2pm- 10pm, on a full time contract. Flexibility is required in line with the demands of the operation.
