You should be able to follow a recipe easily and to keep the house clean in between house cleanings, do the laundry, polish the silver, play with dog, water the flowers, etc.
I live between New York City and my house on Long Island and need someone who will look after the house/dog during the week the days I am in the city and be available for me when I am home.
Occasional dinner guests to be expected. Please reply with a description of yourself, what you feel most comfortable cooking.
