Run by an ex student of Ballymaloe Cookery School. The traceability of ingredients is at the heart of Herbs & Wild - Sourcing what is available in the UK, grown by local farmers and foraged from nature’s pantry enables us to appreciate the changing seasons, work with ingredients at their peak in flavour and nutrient density and cultivate a more sustainable food system and local food economy.

We have a number of positions available.



- Sous chef (24-38hrs per week)

- Head baker (18-26hrs per week)

- Assistant manager (32-40hrs per week)

Hours are primarily social, daytime hours - the cafe is open 9.30am-5pm, with occasional evening events.

We're looking for dynamic, conscientious team players with a strong work ethic. Experience working in a high quality independent cafe/restaurant/catering company desired, along with a passion for local, seasonal food. Will definitely consider a Ballymaloe 12-week graduate with initiative who is keen to continue to develop their newly acquired skills.
