Baker for innovative Limerick cafe/bakery

We are seeking someone with a basic/good knowledge of and a keen interest in  baking to help grow the Sodalicious brand.

We bake an abundance of soda bread in a range of exciting flavours which forms the platform of our cafe menu. We have also been accepted into the Supervalu stores locally along with some other supermarkets whom we aim to start supplying with our bread in the near future. 

We are at an exciting satge of growing our business and look forward to welcoming someone who shares our enthuism on board.the Full training will be provided.

Qualifications Requested
12 week Ballymaloe certificate course would be great but not necessary. Any avid home baker would be well able for this job.

  • Bakers for a brand new bakery in London

  • Private Chef in South of France for 4-6 weeks for a friendly family

  • Cook for a week in July and a week in August this summer

  • Full time private chef

  • Sous Chef/Chef de partie for busy friendly pub in Rural Shropshire attached to holistic farm
