We try to take a different approach to running our restaurants.
Operating a principle called Doughnut Economics, we try to ensure that all of our staff have a good quality of life, we do good in the communities we operate in and are very focused on doing no harm and to the planet we live on.
Examples of this include minimum entry-level pay being the living wage of €12.30 for all staff, and all the way up we strive to pay above industry average. 10% of our profit is redistributed between staff at year-end and 10% is donated to an environmental charity or charities as agreed by all staff. We are genuinely trying to build purpose into what we do and lead from the front on a modern way of running a business.
We have a skills gap at chef level currently, we have our existing recipes and methods and we have a great team executing them brilliantly but for us to keep going as is not our ambition and we need to bring in some fresh ideas.
We are looking to hire a chef or chefs of some experience or lots of experience that can help us in moving forward with our offering. People that can learn from us and we can learn from.
More than happy to talk to candidates of all levels of experience and keen to hire the right personalities that will fit in with our ethos.
Salaries negotiable based on expectation and experience but we are always fair on this.
Join a team where you will be given plenty of creative input to menu and recipe development.
