Experienced Pastry Chef required for a busy Café and Bakery

Preparing a wide variety of baked goods from scratch, from small cakes to scones for the Cafe & Foodstore, for example, Sweet Pastry, Frangipane, Apple Tarts, Sponges, Biscuits, Pear and Almond Tarts/Tartlets, Cake Decoration, Brownies.

Experience: The successful candidate will be:

  • Ensure a clean and tidy working environment at all times
  • Able to meet all HACCP and Food Safety Standards consistently
  • Promoting a positive working atmosphere and respect between co-workers

Daytime hours only. 5 days per week. Tuesday-Saturday, 7.30am – 3.30pm
