Comdia is a brand new healthy fast casual Mexican restaurant. Located on Shelbourne road in Ballsbridge.

This is a great opportunity for someone to get involved from day 1. To grow with the business as we have expansion plans for the future.

 To learn and observe what is involved in starting up a food business.

We are looking for a candidate with a can-do attitude. Mexican cuisine experience is an advantage but not essential.

Start date : January

Guaranteed 40hrs per week

Job description

Role Involves :

  • Working as part of a team in a fast paced environment, being able to work under pressure.
  • To ensure guest satisfaction
  • Being responsible for the kitchen and training in new staff
  • Making sure kitchen hygiene is kept to a high standard
  • Making sure food is prepared for lunch/dinner and ready to serve our products (bowls, salads, burritos, quesadillas and more )
  • being able to follow Standard operation procedures
  • preparing our dishes to the standard they are set/ Following Recipes
  • Helping with improving our dishes and recipes
  • help with cleaning duties.
  • Recording HACCP records
Qualifications Requested
• A can do attitude is an essential • Excellent spoken English is essential • Customer service experience ( 2 years ) • Chef experience ( 3 years ) • Excellent knowledge of HACCP • Mexican cuisine experience is an advantage • Able to work in a faced paced environment • Attention to detail
