We are looking to employ indiviual(s) for our kitchen team for the 2022 season. Focused on purveying local seasonal ingredients in a casual dining setting, with a focus on real quality. We get some lovely ingredients to work with.

We are primarily looking for an experienced chef who must be a strong all rounder to full a chef de partie to sous chef role. The job would entail the running of starters section predominantly and working closely with the head chef. With the right candidate the job role could progress then into the running of the main course section and include overseeing the kitchen when the head chef is not around. 

We are also seeking a chef who would effectively be a pastry chef. So if interested please get in contact to have a chat.

We really try to give a good work and learning environment in a lovely setting. We're a small professional business so one would get to see everything. Set in Rosscarbery west Cork, it is a beautiful place to live. Accomodation can be provided if required.
