A seasonal vacancy exists for a cook with some training at Coopershill House, Co. Sligo in the beautiful north west of Ireland.  This is a land of mountains, lakes, empty beaches and world class surfing.  We are looking for someone who will love cooking with our home grown produce and is able to work independently or with superivsion.

The position is available from April through October.

This is a small independent luxury country house hotel with 7 guest bedrooms. A 4-course seasonal dinner menu with a choice of 2 starters and 2 main courses is served to guests 5 nights a week .
