Based within the Ragged School Museum in Bow, E3, we are a lively Cafe specialising in home baking, and modern British/ European plates.

We operate daily 5 days a week - Wednesday to Sunday, with a couple of evenings on Friday and Saturday.

I like chefs to be engaged and enjoy some input - you'll have a chance to get some some of your ideas onto the menu.

Currently employing one ex Ballymaloe chef and would love another!

Qualifications Requested

Ideally a 12 week course graduate, but willing to be flexible
