About you

We are looking for a dedicated considerate individual, who is keen to learn. An incredible opportunity to become part of a small opening team and to share your love of working with low intervention suppliers and minimising waste. 

You will be creative and confident with strong organisational skills. As a small team you will be working across all sections of the kitchen supporting the head chef and sous. You will bring a kind, friendly attitude helping create a positive working environment. A female run kitchen by two ex-Ballymaloe students! 

About July

July is a new and exciting all day offer in Fitzrovia that includes a bakery and a 40 cover wine bar which is inspired by the food and wines of Alsace.

The menu will be produce-orientated & generous, whilst maintaining a limited waste approach.

Low intervention wines from curated producers will stand alongside an innovative selection of grape-based alcoholic & non-alcoholic cocktails.
