The chef will be a part of a team dedicated to the hospitality of a third level education centre and residence hall  located within the footprint of the historic and unique setting of Kylemore Abbey, Connemara, Co Galway. 

The role includes designing menus that showcase local produce and highlight Irish & Continental Cuisine for bespoke programming for a variety of guests who visit and stay at the centre from students to faculty to executives and artists the Notre Dame  programming requires an experienced, dedicated  and creative chef. From chef plates, to three course a la carte menus, to buffet the meal preparation for the menus and programming are dynamic.

Responsibilities  include ordering and preparing food supplies to provide breakfast, lunch and dinner for visitors and guests to the centre in a responsible and professional manner.

Qualifications Requested
Trained in Culinary School Minimum 5 years experience running a kitchen. Pastry Chefs are welcome to apply
