We are hiring a head baker for our seaside café.
The role:
- In charge of weekly orders for the bakery.
- Keeping up to date with current trends for new baked goods.
- Completing monthly rosters for staff.
- Working with front of house management to create seasonal bakes, cake orders, etc.
- Monthly stock takes
- Tracking inventory weekly
- Staff management
- Qualifications Requested
- +1 years experience in a managerial role. +2 years baking experience. Is able to work well under pressure, motivate and lead a team. Appropriate HACCP training. Creative, responsible and have excellent time-management skills
