Wanted a cook for our house in West Cornwall for the first part of the summer.  It is family cooking and last year we had two wonderful girls who came, one who cooked and one who helped clear up which worked brilliantly.  

• Food required is Ottolenghi style big plates and prep for bbqs etc.  
• No fussy canapés or plated food.  
• Puddings on occasions but not every day.  
• Ranges from just family to family plus friends but plenty of time to go off and explore. 
•  Own car would be preferable - mileage paid.

• We are very lucky to have a local farmshop for meat, fish shops at Newlyn and a great kitchen garden and greenhouses for inspiration.  Our dates are approximately 6th July to 9th August with some flexibility.  It would also be a bonus if free for May half term but not essential (25th to 29th May).

• Competitive salary given, one day off a week but other half days etc.
