We are seeking talented, motivated chefs who are eager to learn and progress quickly, to join our strong and experienced team led by Jessica Filbey (formerly of The River Cafe and Chez Panisse).

This is a unique opportunity to work in a beautiful, light-filled kitchen using exceptional seasonal and locally sourced produce. You will develop your skills preparing outstanding rustic Italian dishes, including fresh and filled pasta, traditional breads, and desserts, while gaining experience with wood-fired ovens and grills.

Our kitchen offers a fun, fast-paced, and supportive environment in the heart of Notting Hill, alongside the chance to be part of a dynamic and growing restaurant group that values both professional development and a healthy work–life balance, with competitive pay.

In addition, we are launching a Canteen summer pop-up in the Cotswolds. Chefs will have the opportunity to spend time in the countryside, working with exceptional farm produce - travel and accommodation fully provided.
