This is a joint role working in a private chalet in Méribel.
Perfect for 2 Keen skiers.
Chef and host needed for a ten guest chalet.
The chef would cook breakfast, sometimes leave a buffet lunch, tea cake and dinner.
- Usually 2 canapés and a two course dinner, with cheese.
- English/french cooking but flexibility required.
- Host to take on all aspects of housekeeping to a high standard.
- Excellent accommodation in the chalet.

- Qualifications Requested
- Ballymaloe training or equivalent is essential. Beyond that, high recommendation for work ethic, responsibility, cleanliness, flexibility, enthusiasm. This job is not a ski holiday! However if you are efficient you will have lots of ski time.
