We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Seasonal Cook to join our kitchen team at Glin Castle, a unique historic venue renowned for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
This is more than a cooking role. Every day brings something different, from elegant corporate events and private celebrations to family gatherings, special occasions, and bespoke castle experiences.
As part of our culinary team, you will help create memorable moments for guests from around the world who choose our castle as the setting for their most important occasions
- Qualifications Requested
- Previous experience working as a Cook, Chef, or Kitchen Assistant in a professional kitchen. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required. Food Hygiene Certification is desirable
