We’re looking for a talented Chef or experienced Cook to join our growing team on beautiful Valentia Island, on Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way.

At The Watch House we’re passionate about great food made from scratch, using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients wherever possible. We are a small, supportive team that values creativity, quality, and a positive working environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have a real input into menu development. We’re currently expanding our breakfast and lunch offering, and throughout the year we also host monthly Supper Clubs, special events, and summer BBQs, giving plenty of scope to work on varied and creative menus.
