I am currently looking to replace my chef who is moving overseas. It is a lovely position for a chef as we do not open in the evenings. The hours are morning/ afternoon with every second Sunday off (alternating with the other chef).  We are closed on Mondays, open all year around. 

I give the chefs significant creative freedom with the menu and specials as we focus on a small but inclusive menu using high-quality Irish ingredients.  

We also do pop up evenings where I give the chefs even more creative freedom to do an intimate culinary evening in the Cafe.
