What you’ll be doing:
• Preparing and cooking menu items (soups, sandwiches, daily specials, baked goods)
• Supporting the head chef with food prep and portioning
• Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
• Washing dishes, pots, and kitchen equipment
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
• Taking deliveries and managing stock rotation
• General kitchen porter duties as needed• Maintain HACCP documentation
