Enoteca is growing, and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us.
We are a Spanish wine, tapas and gin concept in New York City built around hospitality, personality and creating a place where everyone feels welcome.
We’re currently looking for:
BARTENDERS
Fast, confident and charismatic behind the bar. You should love hospitality, know how to handle a busy NYC service, and understand that a great bartender doesn’t just make drinks — you create the night.
Wine and gin knowledge is a plus, but curiosity, personality and willingness to learn are essential.
SERVERS
Warm, energetic and genuinely good with people. We want servers who can read a table, recommend food and wine with confidence, and make guests feel like they discovered their new favorite neighborhood spot.
NYC experience is preferred, but attitude, reliability and ambition matter more than a perfect résumé.
SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING
We’re looking for someone creative who understands Instagram, TikTok, Reels and NYC restaurant culture — and knows how to turn food, wine, cocktails, people and nightlife into content that makes someone want to walk through our door.
You should be comfortable creating and filming content, developing ideas, following trends and helping us tell the Enoteca story in a fresh, stylish and authentic way.

- QUALIFICATIONS Bartenders Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience preferred, ideally in a busy NYC restaurant or bar. Fast, organized and comfortable handling high-volume service. Strong cocktail fundamentals; wine and gin knowledge is a plus. Confident personality and excellent guest interaction. Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Reliable, punctual and a strong team player. Comfortable serving a diverse, international and LGBTQ+ clientele. Must meet all legal requirements to serve alcohol in New York. Servers Restaurant experience preferred, especially in NYC. Strong hospitality and communication skills. Comfortable explaining menus and making food and wine recommendations. Ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining attentive service. Positive, polished and professional appearance and attitude. Reliable, punctual and willing to learn. Spanish food and wine knowledge is a plus — we can teach you if you bring the curiosity. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse environment. Social Media & Marketing Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms. Strong eye for food, cocktails, nightlife, hospitality and lifestyle content. Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video and photography. Understanding of current social media trends and NYC culture. Creative writing and storytelling skills. Able to work independently and consistently produce fresh ideas. Restaurant, hospitality, wine or nightlife experience is a plus. Most importantly: you need to understand the personality of Enoteca — chic, playful, inclusive, sexy and unmistakably New York.
