The client is prioritising their health and is looking for a chef with a genuine interest in nutritious, heart-healthy cooking, with a focus on meals that support a cholesterol-conscious diet. The ideal candidate will create fresh, seasonal and varied menus that balance health with flavour and enjoyment.

Responsibilities

Plan and prepare daily meals tailored to the client’s preferences and dietary requirements.

Develop balanced, imaginative menus, with an understanding of cooking lower in saturated fat.

Adapt menus to any guidance provided by the client’s doctor or dietitian.

Manage food shopping, sourcing, kitchen organisation and hygiene across the residences.

Travel with the client and adapt comfortably to different kitchens and schedules.

Cater for occasional guests as required.

Has proven experience as a private chef or in a comparable professional role. 

Is passionate about healthy eating and confident preparing delicious, cholesterol-conscious meals.

Is organised, flexible, discreet and comfortable working in a private household.

Enjoys travelling and can work independently.

Holds a full, valid driving licence and is a confident driver.

Locations: Palma de Mallorca, Stockholm and Verbier, Switzerland
Salary: Depending on experience.
