We are an extended family of 21 (11 adults, 10 children). 

We have taken two cottages on Bertraghboy Bay, Cashel, County Galway. 

We have taken one of these cottages before, and know it has a well equipped kitchen.  As some of the children are quite little many of us will be busy putting the little ones to bed when we get back from the beach, mountains or other adventures.  We're thinking how wonderful it would be if there might be a smiling face who would be happy to prepare a main course for supper for first of all the little ones (who will then go to bed) and for us adults. (in most cases it could be exactly the same meal).

We're not thinking of anything beyond hearty main courses with plenty of veg and fresh fruit after and perhaps cheese and biscuits.  It would be great if this person might also be happy to do the grocery shopping, including getting us what we need to make our sandwich picnics each day (which we would make before we go out).  We don't need help with breakfasts, or with lunches and we don't need cakes for tea.  Just suppers. 

We would enjoy having someone who might (at least sometimes) eat with us, and feel comfortable in a family environment. We would all help lay the table, and help with all the washing up.  We have one spare room in one of the cottages we have taken where this person could stay.  We wonder if this might be a good first job for someone starting out on a career in catering/hospitality, and who enjoys being by the sea.
