This is an opportunity for excellent private chefs who are available on a regular but ad-hoc basis to cater for guests at a very high-end property rental run by a friendly and flexible team.
We are looking for chefs who love to cook Irish-influenced restaurant-quality food and who are friendly, calm and happy interacting with the guests (the kitchen that you will be cooking in is central to the main house). We are envisioning that the chef will charge in the region of EUR100-EUR150 per person for a full dinner including canapes (and including serving and clearing up - we assume the chef will have a team member to help with serving and clearing but we can provide support with this if needed).
Sometimes full catering will be needed (3 meals for the guests each day for a full week) and sometimes just dinner(s) or for a shorter period of time. The number of guests is usually around 12 people. We will provide (and pay for) accommodation for the chef and their team on-site or locally for jobs involving more than one day. We provide all crockery/table settings etc.
