Job Details:

• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Salary: depending on experience
• Schedule: Daytime only, no night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a small kitchen, ensuring smooth operation and high standards.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines and maintain food safety standards.
• Handle ordering and inventory management to ensure consistent supply of high-quality ingredients.
• Collaborate with the team to create and refine menu items, maintaining our commitment to local and in-house made produce.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong ability to manage kitchen operations, including HACCP and ordering.
• Passion for working with local produce and creating high-quality dishes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
