Join our team in this historic house & garden -Butler House is a 17 bedroom country house in the heart of the city and a proud member of Irelands Blue Book. Seeking a chef with an interest in developing attractive casual dining, afternoon tea and a memorable breakfast offering with a local produce focus.

We would welcome interest from someone with experience and a keen interest in enhancing the house’s established hospitality reputation. Key accountabilities include food quality, menu design & costing, sound commercial understanding (stock, margins, HACCP management), lead & manage kitchen team, liaise with senior house team and report in to the Manager, Butler House.
