This is a joint role working in a private chalet in Méribel. Chef and host needed for a ten guest chalet. The chef would cook breakfast, sometimes leave a buffet lunch, tea cake and dinner. Usually 2 canapés and a two course dinner, with cheese. English/french cooking but flexibility required. Host to take on all aspects of housekeeping to a high standard. Excellent accommodation in the chalet. Please only apply for this position as a couple, chef and housekeeper. This job is recommended by previous applicants!
- Qualifications Requested
- Ballymaloe training or equivalent is essential. Beyond that, high recommendation for work ethic, responsibility, cleanliness, flexibility, enthusiasm. This job is not a ski holiday! However if you are efficient you will have lots of ski time.
